King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut has teamed up with XFM Scotland to celebrate the fifth year of Scotland’s best new music at the venue’s Summer Nights Festival.
Over 20 acts from all over the UK will take to the stage from Thursday July 17 to Sunday July 27 exhibiting the country’s hottest new musical talent.
‘Britain’s Best Small Venue’ will boast performances from the likes of The Calm Fiasco, SchnarffSchnarff, Gerry Cinnamon, Manky Savage, The Travels and many more.
There will also be King Tut’s BBQ food deals on offer throughout the festival period.
King Tut’s Summer Nights provides a great platform for fresh new talent with previous performers including Admiral Fallow, Rachel Sermanni, Meursault and The Xcerts – all of whom have gone onto accomplish great success.
Jim Gellatly of XFM, said about the festival: “King Tut’s has again come up trumps with a quality line-up of emerging Scottish talent. It’s brilliant that these acts have a platform like this as Tut’s continues to be the venue every new Scottish band aspires to play.
“It’s a perfect partnership with XFM and I look forward to featuring tracks on the show, and checking them out live.”
King Tut’s Summer Nights is the perfect summer festival for fans of fresh, new music and comes with a guarantee that music fans will uncover their new favourite band over the course of the festival.
There will be a limited number of Golden Tickets on sale which allows the holder entry into EVERY show of the festival for a one off cost.
