Metasonics – ‘I Love You’

Building on many who have taken to singing in a Scottish accent and owning the nuances of dialectical variation, Metasonics bring an upbeat, folk-esque sound.

‘I Love You’ is an idiosyncratic slant on pop meets bluegrass.

Emotions run high in this poetic parlance, unapologetic confessions are at the heart of it all, as likeable as a purring kitten.

The track conveys a light-hearted confession of love for someone special, the melodies are neatly matched to this sentiment, with catchy themes, and bouncy beats.

This debut single from the Glasgow based band is a raw exposition of romance from the past, of a fairy-tale dreamer and very much a hopeful romantic.
