Michael McGurn‘s EP, Life Is But A Dream, offers is a nice combination of cross rhythms and mellow beats in a consistent set of easy listening and while the EP would appeal to anyone fond of modern RnB, it is very much soft shuffle with soft vocals.
Life Is But A Dream has far reaching appeal, however it lacks a real sense of individuality, still from a technical perspective this EP is well executed and the vocals, which are spot on, marry well with the music.
McGurn clearly has skill and knows how to produce a crowd pleaser but could do with a spark to set him apart.
