Lanarkshire based indie rock four-piece Patersani cement their well-deserved inauguration into the Scottish music scene with the release of debut single ‘Lost and Found’.
Fronted by brothers Craig and Dave Paterson, and, more recently joined by drummer Danny Harris and Colin Orr on bass, the band, though still in it’s infancy, seems destined for success in 2016.
Driven by up-tempo guitar and hooky vocals, ‘Lost and Found’ is a happily, riotous blast of summer sound.
Recorded with producer Bruce Rintoul, known previously for his work with Twin Atlantic and Fatherson, the track is both musically tight and immediately memorable.
Fast-paced, and bridging the divide between indie rock and pop, ‘Lost and Found’ is a savvy and successful debut.
Having toured their new material extensively over the past year, Patersani kick-start 2016 with a second headline King Tut’s gig on January 19, as part of the venue’s New Year’s Revolution.
