blu eCigs, the premium global e-cigarette brand, has launched its own documentary series entitled Freedom of the DJ, that provides a captivating look into the lifestyle, history, and evolution of the DJ.
An eight-part series, the first episode is out now and sequel episodes will be launched over the rest of the year.
The series celebrates the launch of blu eCigs in the UK and sits alongside a nationwide music tour hosting free club nights with huge lineups.
Both activities showcase the brand values of freedom, pride and choice.
Freedom of the DJ begins with Introducing, a retrospective look back on the birth of the DJ and a thought-provoking look at how the scene has evolved.
See pioneering DJ Greg Wilson alongside the likes of Jonas Rathsman, Boddika, Lone and more as they take a trip down memory lane to consider the transition from the sequined revolution that was disco to the meteoric rise of today’s global ‘superstar DJ’.
An insightful sneak peek into the world of the DJ, Introducing sets the tone for an electrifying eight-part series packed out with exclusive content.
Featuring interviews from huge established names and emerging artists, Freedom of the DJ will see blu eCigs reveal what it’s like to be a DJ on tour and dive into some of the UK’s biggest club scenes to get under the musical skin of Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and London.
