Today’s news featuring Heavenly launch, Edinburgh School for the Deaf and more

There’s a rather beautiful sounding official launch party going on for Heavenly on July 21, the line up features free acoustic sets from Maple Leaves, The Hardy Boys, The Felt Tips and The Starlets there will also be free samples of food and drink at certain times of day. Forget if I’ve mentioned this before but the Big BBQ Show an all day event at Oran Mor takes place on June 26, so as well as food and drink you will get sets from the likes of PAWS, Washington Irving, Male Pattern Band and more. Tickets are £10 find out more HERE.

I missed this before but Neighbourhood Gout and Palms are playing at Transmission on Thursday, it’s free entry doors at 8pm.

Kitty the Lion have been added to the Insider Festival line up, it’s next weekend, festivals are coming thick and fast.
