Today’s news featuring Streets of Rage, Schnapps and more


A date has been announced for the Streets of Rage release show, the show will see the release of their debut album, EDQ, on Winning Sperm Party. Doors are at 9pm at Stereo and £3 is a bargain for entry and you also get performances from Jackie Onassis and Neighbourhood Gout.

 

Schnapps have a date for their album launch too, this one is free and at The Old Hairdressers (across from Stereo). The album is called Nasty Buffet and we’re promised Schnapps (live), Schnapps (shots), video (nasty), food (buffet), all in all a fun occasion, be there.

Lovers Turn To Monsters has finally announced a date for an album launch some ridiculous amount of albums into his musical life, this one’s called Beyond Glasgow Howls. Anyway this one’s on June 16 at Slouch and as such is free. Where We Lay Our Heads are supporting.

Trapped in Kansas are doing a wee Scottish tour including a date at Bloc on June 1, they have t-shirts and all that for sale too, get yours HERE.

Oh did I mention Conquering Animal Sound are playing Glastonbury, exciting ay? But they might be clashing with the mighty Wu Tang, that’s a touch gutting isn’t it?
