Pin Ups’ Annual Spooktacular is Pi Ups’ Halloween special with guest Djs: Carl Barat – The Libertines (with Dirty Pretty Things pal Didz Hammond), Adele Bethel & Scott Paterson (Sons and Daughters) plus live sets from Tokamak, Skinny Villains and Colonel Mustard & The Dijon 5. Tickets £6, October 28 at The Flying Duck, 9pm-3am.

Cave Ov Lights Halloween night is a go and it’s full of doom for everyone, it’s at the 13th Note on October 29 and the line-up included Bong, Iain Campbell F-W, Cryptic Salve Band, The Cosmic Dead, K. Love, doors 6pm, cost £5.

She’s Hit are supporting ‘krautophonic blizzard-wave duo’ Warm Digits at Sleazy’s on October 28, £5.

The Vespas play the Academy on October 28, it’s the biggest stage they’ve played to date, tickets £10.

Homework’s follow up to 2009’s Sleepless Nights EP, All That Glitters, is set to be released on November 21, you can stream at from today. There will be a launch party in Glasgow details are still to be confirmed.

Shambles Miller will play the Oxjam Glasgow Takeover to raise money for Oxfam at The Friffin on October 22 with Tragic O’Hara and Hector Bizerk. £8 get you access to all the Oxjam event across a variety of venues.
