The ever popular Edinburgh boys We Were Promised Jetpacks are back gigging in Glasgow, it’s a massive show at the ABC on December 15, tickets £12. Their new album,  In The Pit Of The Stomach, is out on October 3, but this makes up for Glasgow missing out on the initial tour.


Hidden Orchestra, Mungo’s Hi-Fi, Captain Slackship’s Mezzannine Allstars and Banda 71 play an East Africa food crisis appeal fundraiser gig at Stereo on October 5.

1990s and The Bent Moustache do a joint headline show at Sleazy’s on October 27, it’s been awhile since we’ve seen the 90s and a great venue to get them back in.

Sublime Music presents Musicbox with Kitty The Lion, Bear Bones, Chasing Owls, Bella Spinks at Stereo on October 20, tickets £7.50/£8.50.

The confusingly named Glasgow act Arches play their debut show at Stereo on November 18 with support from ever entertaining Verse Metrics and Dead Boy Robotics, tickets £6.
